DEAN MTI-HMC/KGMC AFFILIATE/CONSTITUENT INSTITUTES AND
Applications are invited for the post of Dean MTI-HMC/KGMC and affiliate/constituent institutes with the following criteria:
| Qualification | A medical academic of national or international repute with either a Ph.D degree or a medical qualification such as MBBS or equivalent plus higher diploma such as FCPS, FRCP, FRCS or a US Board certification or equivalent. |

| Experience | Candidate must possess at least seven (07) years of administrative experience with recognized leadership qualities on a position as chairman/head of a department, unit, program, or institution; proven track record of teaching through appointments and a commitment to medical education and/or research with recognized documentary evidence such as degree/ diploma. |
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
01. Applications accompanied with complete bio-data and academic/experience/domicile certificates along with 02 recent photographs, Bank Draft/Payment Order and CNIC photocopy duly attested, must reach the Office of the Secretary, Board of Governors, MTI-HMC within 15 working days of the first date of publication of this advertisement on a prescribed form.
02. Application Forms are available on HMC website Le.; http://www.hmckp.gov.pk and Bank draft/Payment Order of Rs. 2,000/- in favor of Hospital Director MTI-HMC or through direct deposit in Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch, Receipt account, Branch Code 0185, A/C Number# PLS 00060-00-2.
03. The applications duly completed with supported attested documents should reach personally or through registered couriers service to undersigned on or before due date of closing.
04. Their services will be governed, under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions reform Act 2015 (as amended) and MIT Regulations 2022 (As amended).
05. In case of in-service or retired civilgovemment servants relevant govemment rules and regulations shall also apply.
06. All applications must be routed through proper channel, including NOCs from competent supervising authorities. In case of selection the c civil servant has to resign from his/her government job.
07. An application after the closing time and date, notified after advertisement, shall stand rejected.
08. Scrutiny Committee shall be competent to reject applications which are incomplete. However, the aggrieved candidates can appeal to the competent authority of HMC (BOG) for review. The decision of the competent authority shall be final.
09. Any candidate may be disqualified or excluded from interview if he/she were (a)Convicted by the court of law. (b)Dismissed from public service. (c)Knowingly fumished any false information. (d)Suppresses any information which may lead to his/her disqualification. (e)Attempts to obtain support for his/her (candidature by improper means). (f)Submits forget certificates. (g) Tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates. (h)Misbehaves in the interview.
10. Original documents should be produced at the time of interview.
11. No TA/DA is allowed for Interview.
12. The competent authority (BOG) reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and selection process altogether and re-advertise the post.
