- Experience in managing large teams and working with government stakeholders is essential.
2. Director – National IT Skills Development
- Maximum Age: 50 years
- Reports to: Chief Skills Development Officer
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Same educational requirement as above.
- 12 years of progressive experience in academia or skills training.
- Experience in curriculum development and policy implementation is essential.
3. Director – International IT Workforce Development
- Maximum Age: 50 years
- Reports to: Chief Skills Development Officer
- Qualifications & Experience:
- 16 years of education in ICT, International Relations, or related disciplines.
- 12 years of experience in international workforce development, global placement, and IT talent mobility.
4. Manager – Coordination (National IT Skills)
- Maximum Age: 45 years
- Reports to: Director, National IT Skills Development
- Qualifications & Experience:
- 16 years of relevant education.
- 8 years in IT education, national coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
5. Manager – Skills Curriculum
- Maximum Age: 45 years
- Reports to: Director, National IT Skills Development
- Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in curriculum design and educational frameworks.
- Deep understanding of accreditation and faculty development is a must.
6. Manager – Coordination (International IT Workforce Development)
- Maximum Age: 45 years
- Reports to: Director, International IT Workforce Development
- Qualifications & Experience:
- 8 years of progressive experience in international IT workforce initiatives.
- Skills in global collaboration and placement strategy formulation.
7. Assistant Manager – International IT Workforce Facilitation
