About the Position
NIBAF seeks an individual who can lead the development of its e-learning infrastructure.
The role requires designing, developing, and managing online courses using platforms like Moodle.
The e-Learning Expert will work closely with trainers, subject matter specialists, and technology teams to create engaging training content for banking professionals and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities also include maintaining learning management systems, integrating advanced APIs, and ensuring course material meets SCORM/xAPI standards.
This position will be based in Islamabad, with opportunities to collaborate on projects impacting financial literacy nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Moodle.
- Design and deploy interactive content using Genially, H5P, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance course usability and learner engagement.
- Implement SCORM/xAPI standards and API integrations.
- Ensure smooth operation of digital learning platforms.
The role also involves supporting the training team in transforming traditional content into modern, learner-friendly digital formats.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Education Technology, or related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in e-learning or instructional design.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, especially Moodle.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles for learning platforms.
- Ability to handle multimedia content development and integration.
Skills and Experience Needed
Applicants should have strong technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills.
Experience in content authoring tools, multimedia integration, and online training delivery is essential.
Hands-on knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and API connectivity is required to ensure interoperability between systems.
