The University of Agriculture, Peshawar, has announced admissions for Spring 2025 in two Bachelor of Science (BS) degree programs on a non-subsidized basis. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply online following the procedures and requirements outlined below.
Programs Offered
- BS in Medical Lab Technology
- Eligibility: F.Sc. Pre-Medical with at least 45% marks in both SSC and HSSC.
- BS in Public Health
- Eligibility: F.Sc. Pre-Medical with at least 45% marks in both SSC and HSSC.
Application Process
- Form Submission:
- Admission forms and bank receipts can be downloaded from the university’s official website (www.aup.edu.pk) starting January 29, 2025.
- A non-refundable processing fee of PKR 1000 must be deposited in any branch of Habib Bank Limited, Pakistan.
- Additional Applications:
- For candidates applying to multiple categories or reserved seats, an additional PKR 500 (non-refundable) is required for each extra application.
- Submission Deadline:
- The hard copy of the application form, along with attested copies of documents and the original bank receipt, must reach the Directorate of Teaching, University of Agriculture, Peshawar by February 12, 2025.
Admission Criteria
- Merit Calculation:
Admission will be based on the combined percentage of marks achieved in:- SSC (Matriculation): 40% weightage.
- HSSC (Intermediate) or equivalent (Part-I, 1st Year): 60% weightage.
- Age Limit:
- Applicants must be under 25 years as of the last date for submission of application forms. Those who exceed this age limit are not eligible for admission to the Bachelor’s programs.
