FaisalAbad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) is a public utility. It is a company which works with the power sector and runs its electricity distribution business in eight (08) districts of Punjab namely Faisal Abad, Chandigarh, Surgudha, Jhang, is serving more than 5.4 million customers in T.T. Singh, Khushab, Mianwali and Bhakar.
FESCO is looking for a high caliber team leader, male or female, for the position of Chief Executive Officer.
The Company is looking for exceptional professionals with experience in power utility operations to fulfill the roles and responsibilities listed here. Requests:
1. The Chief Executive Officer will report to the Board of Directors and will assist the Board in the implementation and development of the business plan. Will work together. The candidate will ensure the implementation of the goals and policies set by the Ministry of Energy (Power Division) and the Board to further the mission of the Company. can be expanded, revenue and production capacity increase, keeping the company on the path of continuous growth;
2. The candidate must be proactive and result oriented with an established track record of performance in challenging assignments and Reflects the ability to achieve performance goals.
3. Candidates are expected to possess qualities that include honesty and integrity, and strong leadership, team building, interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to provide communication skills.

Remuneration & Tenure:
Market based competitive salary package on lump sum basis.
The position will be posted on contract basis, initially for a period of six (06) months as probation for a period of three (3) years from the date of appointment. The contract can be further extended by the Board subject to satisfactory performance based on performance assessment/achievement of KPIs.
Under government rules, contract service will neither be regularized nor eligible for pension at any stage in future.
