REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)
OFWM Agriculture Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received financing from the World Bank for implementation of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigated Agriculture Improvement Project IDA Credit No. (6456-PK) The Project aimed to improve on-form water management system by upgrading water courses, introducing advanced irrigation technologies, and strengthening capacity of communities, farmers, and OFWM Staff; and increasing agriculture productivity as well promoting agro-processing and value addition. For the said purpose the project intends to hire the services of below mentioned Individual Consultant having qualifications and experience mentioned below:-

| 01 | Procurement Specialist | 1) Master Degree (at least sixteen years of education) in Business Management/ Engineering/Economics/Finance/Social Sciences. Degree in Procurement Management, / Project Management/ Supply Chain would be accorded more weightage. 2) At least ten (10) years of documentary verifiable experience in procurement good, works, & consulting services) with the subnational national/international agencies in procurement. 3) Recent experience in past three years of successfully leading to completion, agriculture sector procurements shall be preferred. (4) Experience of using innovative procurement approached in small community led infrastructure will be accorded due weightage. |
(i). Application along with updated CV, latest photograph, attested copies of CNIC and all educational degrees from HEC recognized universities should be submitted at below mentioned address through post.
(ii). The applicant should clearly mention year of experience and qualification at the top of the CV.
(iii). Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered. (iv). If a face to face meeting

Selection Method:-
The appointment will be made in accordance with the open competitive selection of Individual consultants in accordance with “World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting Services” (July 2016) revised November 2017 and and August 2018.
The attention of interested consultants is drawn to Section III, Paragraph 3.14, 3.16, 3.17 of the World Bank Procurement Regulations”.
