The university is inviting applications for the following positions:
1. Professor in Agriculture (BPS-21)
- Number of Positions: 03
- Qualification: PhD from an HEC-recognized institution in the relevant field.
- Experience:
- 15 years of teaching/research experience at an HEC-recognized university, post-graduate institution, or relevant professional experience in a national or international organization.
- OR 10 years of post-PhD teaching/research experience in a recognized university or post-graduate institution.
- Publications: 15 research publications with at least 5 in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals.
- Age Limit: 50 years
2. Professor in Management Sciences (BPS-21)
- Number of Positions: 01
- Qualification & Experience: Same as above, relevant to Management Sciences.
3. Professor in Computer Science (BPS-21)
- Number of Positions: 01
- Qualification: PhD in the relevant field, recognized by HEC in consultation with PEC.
- Experience:
- 15 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized institution or 15 years of professional experience, with 5 years of teaching experience.
- OR 10 years of post-PhD teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university or a post-graduate institution.
- Publications: 15 research publications with at least 5 in the last 5 years in HEC/PEC-recognized journals.

- Attach attested copies of DMCs, degrees, certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, two recent passport-size photographs, and a dossier containing five (05) sets of the following:
- List of research publications, including journal name, year, and reference link.
- Reprints of the publications along with the journal title page.
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Deadline: Submit applications via registered postal/courier service by February 14, 2025. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
Important Instructions
- Applicants working in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the Proper Channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Candidates with a CGPA less than 3.00/4.00 will be considered as having a Second Division.
- Foreign degree holders must provide an Equivalency/Relevancy Certificate from HEC/IBCC Islamabad.
- Experience and qualifications gained after the closing date will not be considered.
- Any fake or tampered documents will result in legal action.
- Selected candidates will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act 2012 and the Rules/Regulations/Statutes of the University of Swabi.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, and no TA/DA will be provided.
- The university reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions or not fill any position based on institutional needs.
