Qualification in law will be considered as an additional advantage. 1 Minimum five (5) years being the Head of Department in a major/multinational organization. 2 Effective communication, interpersonal & organizational skills. 3 In-depth knowledge of Service/ Employment Laws & HR best practices. 4 Oil & Gas industry experience or working experience with multination shall be preferred. | 13 years | 50 years |
Persons working in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous bodies/Semi-autonomous bodies, Corporations etc should apply through proper channel and if selected, will have to resign or seek retirement from the current post/organization before joining the organization.
Candidates having working experience in Government and Autonomous bodies will be given preference based on their relevant experience.

The Organization will determine the market base salary package as per the candidate relevant qualification and experience.
