Eligibility Criteria
Educational & Professional Requirements:
✔ Foreign or Local LLM
✔ Barrister-at-Law / Solicitor Qualification
✔ Minimum 7 years of legal experience (in Pakistan or abroad, public/private sector)
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Drafting/reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, Contracts, and Legal Documents
- Knowledge of International Law
- Ability to provide legal opinions on policy & regulatory matters
- Experience in legislative drafting
- Public sector experience will be given preference
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to represent Pakistan at national & international forums
- Strong leadership & teamwork capabilities
