• Qualification: Minimum 16 years qualification in Law from an HEC-recognized institute. Preference for foreign qualifications in Petroleum Laws, Policy, and Contracts.
• Experience: 15+ years in the upstream petroleum sector, a law firm, or a major industry group. Strong grasp of Pakistan’s legal framework, the 18th Amendment, and recent policies.
