The Government of Pakistan has announced new job opportunities through the Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) under the Ministry of National Food Security & Research. Dynamic and eminent Agriculture Scientists/Research Managers are invited to apply for the vacant positions of Whole Time Members (MP-II scale) in the fields of Natural Resources and Social Sciences.

Eligibility Criteria & Academic Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Ph.D. in the relevant field of Natural Resources or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university of international repute.
- Experience:
- At least 22 years of proven experience in R&D organizations, higher learning institutions, or recognized research institutes (public/private sector).
- Must have experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team of scientists and researchers.
- Minimum 15 years of post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience in HEC-recognized institutions.
- At least 15 research publications in HEC-recognized refereed journals/books.
Other Conditions & Requirements
- Appointment will be made on a tenure basis for 3 years under PARC Ordinance 1981 & Rules 1984.
- Candidates must show leadership in strategic planning, implementation, and management of agricultural research programs.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
- Minimum academic requirement: First division or CGPA 3.00 in the highest degree (with not more than one second division in the academic career).
- Maximum Age Limit: 62 years (as per Management Position Scales Policy-2020).
- Civil/Government servants must resign or take early retirement before joining.
- Nationality: Pakistani
