- Qualifications:
- Matriculation or Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Railways Signaling Projects.
02. Mechanical Loco Department
- Category: Foreman Mechanical/Electrical (BPS-14)
- Vacancies: 3
- Eligibility: DAE in Mechanical/Electrical with 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Category: Assistant Foreman Mechanical/Electrical FIC (BPS-12)

The maximum age limit for all posts is 62 years.
Terms and Conditions for Contract Appointment
- Only retired candidates who worked in the specified categories will be eligible for these contract appointments.
- Salaries will be equivalent to the last drawn pay, including applicable allowances, but gratuity and pension benefits are excluded.
- The initial contract period is one year, extendable based on performance and requirements.
- Pakistan Railways reserves the right to reject applications without providing a reason.
- The number of vacancies may be adjusted at the discretion of the authorities.
- Selected candidates must pass a medical fitness test conducted by the Pakistan Railways Hospital.
- Retired individuals who were compulsorily removed, dismissed, or retired on medical grounds are ineligible.
- Only eligible candidates will receive call letters for interviews and medical examinations.
- No TA/DA (traveling/daily allowance) will be provided for interviews or tests.
- Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in the Pakistan Railways system.
