- FCPS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the relevant specialty or any other equivalent specialty approved by SRC and recognized/registered by PM&DC/PMC.
- If FCPS is not available, candidates must hold:
- MCPS or equivalent qualification in the relevant specialty.
- Diploma in Sonology from a recognized institution registered with PM&DC/PMC.
