Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualifications:

• 16 years of education with a degree in:
  • Computer Sciences
  • Management
  • Social Sciences
  • Electrical and Telecommunication
  • General Sciences
  • Commerce or Finance
    (Must be from an HEC-recognized university—local or foreign)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of professional freelancing experience or direct client work.
• Teaching or training experience is preferred.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 45 years.

Core Responsibilities

Selected trainers will be responsible for:

• Conducting scheduled domain-specific classes.
• Teaching freelancing skills and proposal writing.
• Training students on relevant tools and platforms.
• Administering quizzes, class activities, and assignments.
• Submitting student progress reports and evaluations.
• Assisting in content updates, awareness sessions, and course improvement.
• Mentoring students to build their freelancing profiles and start earning online.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Trainers will be evaluated on:

• Number of student freelancing profiles created.
• Number of students earning online.
• Class retention rates.
• Effectiveness of training in terms of skill adoption.
• Documentation of student performance and progress reports.

1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
