Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
To be eligible for the MP-II Scale Consultant position, candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience requirements:
- Option 1: Ph.D. in Law with at least five (05) years of professional experience in the relevant field.
- Option 2: Masters in Law (LLM) with at least seven (07) years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Professional Credentials Required
Applicants must possess:
- Extensive experience in drafting or reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, Contracts, and other legal documents.
- A deep understanding of International Law and skills in rendering legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters.
- Proven experience in legislative drafting.

- Experience in the public sector, state-run corporations, or private corporations of high repute.
