PKHA is recruiting dynamic professionals for the following positions ranging from BPS-12 to BPS-17:
1. Assistant Director (Civil) (BPS-17)
- Total Posts: 05
- Quota Distribution: Merit = 04, Female = 01
- Age Limit: 25 – 40 years
- Educational Qualification & Experience: * 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 05 years of experience in the relevant field.
- OR Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 03 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Experience must be from a Government organization, an equivalent organization, or a firm of repute in the public or private sector.
2. Assistant Director (Legal) (BPS-17)
- Total Posts: 02
- Quota Distribution: Merit = 02
- Age Limit: 25 – 40 years
- Educational Qualification & Experience: * LLB (2nd Class).
- Minimum 05 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably handling civil matters.
- Must hold a valid License from the Bar Council.
3. Assistant (BPS-16)

- Age Limit: 22 – 35 years
- Educational Qualification: * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Note: Preference will be given to candidates who already have experience in office routine work.
4. Jr. Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

- Educational Qualification & Skills: * Intermediate / D.Com from a recognized board.
- A minimum shorthand speed of 50 words per minute.
- A minimum English typing speed of 35 words per minute.

5. Computer Operator (BPS-16)

6. GIS Analyst (BPS-16)

- Minimum 02 years of relevant GIS experience.

- Educational Qualification: * Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E in Civil) from a recognized Technical Board.

8. GIS Data Collector (BPS-12)

- Age Limit: 20 – 32 years
- Educational Qualification & Experience: * B.Sc degree along with a 01-year post-graduate diploma in GIS from a government-recognized institution.
- Minimum 01 year of practical experience in the relevant GIS field.
9. Draftsman (BPS-12)

- Quota Distribution: Merit = 01, Female = 01
- Age Limit: 20 – 32 years
- Educational Qualification & Technical Skills: * Secondary School Certificate (Matric) from a recognized board.
- 02-year Diploma in Civil Draftsman from a recognized institute or Board of Technical Education.
- 06-month course in AUTOCAD (2-D, 3-D) drawing.
- Basic computer knowledge of MS Office from a recognized Trade Testing Board (TTB).
Criteria for Selection
The final selection will be based on a total score of 100 Marks, distributed as follows:
- Prescribed Qualification: 70 Marks
- Screening Test: 20 Marks
- Interview: 10 Marks
