Age Relaxation Rules

The age of all applicants will be calculated exactly as of the closing date, June 21, 2026. While the general 5-year relaxation is already included in the table above, additional upper age limit relaxations are allowed for specific categories (you can claim only one category):

• Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, & Recognized Tribes (FATA, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan): 3 Years extra relaxation for all federal posts.
• Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan Candidates: 3 Years extra relaxation for posts in BPS-15 and below.
• Released/Retired Armed Forces Personnel: 15 Years or the actual number of years served in the military, whichever is less.
• Government Servants & Contract Employees: 10 Years extra relaxation (if they have completed 2 years of continuous government service by the closing date).
• Disabled Persons: 10 Years extra relaxation for posts in BPS-15 and below.

Selection & Testing Process

1. Screening (Written) & Skill Tests: Shortlisted candidates will be called for tests at specified examination centers: Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, and Quetta. Candidates must choose their exam center carefully in the online application form.
2. LDC Test Pattern: For the Lower Division Clerk (LDC) post, an objective-type screening test will be conducted. The test will consist of questions from:
