PARC is currently seeking dedicated professionals for the following Whole Time Member (MP-II) positions:
1. Member (Natural Resources) — 01 Post
2. Member (Animal Sciences) — 01 Post
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
- Academic Record: Must possess a First Division OR a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 in the highest degree. Candidates must not have more than one second division or Grade C throughout their academic career.
- Experience: At least 20 years of proven experience in R&D organizations, recognized institutions of research, or higher learning within the public or private sectors. This must include extensive experience managing multi-disciplinary groups of scientists and researchers.
- Research Publications: A minimum of 15 research publications in HEC-recognized peer-reviewed journals or published books.
- Key Competencies: Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, program formulation, and execution of agricultural research. Proven ability to mobilize/utilize financial and human resources efficiently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Age Limit & Other Conditions
- Maximum Age Limit: 62 years (as per the Management Position Scales Policy-2020, as amended from time to time).
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of Pakistan. Candidates holding dual nationality are not eligible to apply.
- Government Servants: In case a civil or government servant is selected through this competitive process, he/she will be required to either resign from government service or seek early retirement from their parent department before joining the MP Scale position.
