Detailed & Eligibility Criteria for Bahria University Jobs 2026

The university is currently recruiting for the following positions. Below are the complete eligibility criteria, required education, and experience details for each role as per the official advertisement:

1. Developer

• Location: Bahria University Islamabad, E-8 Campus
• Required Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education. Candidates must hold a BS in Computer Science (CS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: Preferably 03 years of experience working in a relevant software development field.

2. Assistant Controller of Exams (Health Sciences)

• Location: Bahria University Head Office, Islamabad
• Required Qualification: Candidates having preferably 18 years of education (MS/MPhil) or an MBA from an HEC-recognized institute.
• Experience: At least 05 years of job experience working within a recognized educational institute’s examination or administrative department.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in computer applications, specifically MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, is mandatory.

3. Manager – Strategic Management Plan (SMP)

• Location: Bahria University Islamabad, E-8 Campus
• Required Qualification: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree, though MS/MPhil holders in business or management disciplines will be preferred.
