• Total Posts: 01
• Qualification: BE/BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent. Must be a PEC Registered Professional Engineer.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in construction, project execution, contract administration, and infrastructure development. 7 years must be in BPS-18 or equivalent in a Government / Public sector organization.
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Planning Commission Guidelines, PPRA, FIDIC, and project management tools.
• Maximum Age: 55 Years

2. Deputy Director (Design & Planning)

• Total Posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture, Urban/City Planning, or Civil Engineering (PCATP/PEC Registered where applicable).
• Experience: Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in planning, design, PC-I preparation, BOQs, cost estimation, and housing/infrastructure projects.

3. Deputy Director (Contracts & Procurement)

General Instructions & Requirements

• Contract Period: Appointments are purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable by 01 year at a time based on performance and mutual consent.
• Verification: Degrees and certificates must be from HEC-recognized Universities/Institutes. Registration with PEC/PCATP/Bar Council (where applicable) is mandatory.
