Pakistan Expo Centres Private Limited is filling the following full-time executive and operations posts:

1. Manager Admin & HR

• Number of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Masters or Bachelors (16 years education) in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and general administration.

2. Manager Business Development

• Number of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Masters or Bachelors (16 years education) in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 08 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, venue/space sales, or event marketing with a proven revenue generation track record.

3. Manager MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Qualification: B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a PEC-recognized institution with a valid PEC registration.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in operation and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire-fighting, and allied building services.

4. Manager Civil

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a PEC-recognized institution with a valid PEC registration.
• Experience: Minimum 08 years in civil works execution, building maintenance, repair & renovation, BOQ preparation, and contractor supervision.

5. Manager Finance

• Qualification: ACCA / ACMA or CA (Finalist).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit coordination, and statutory compliance (public sector experience preferred).

6. Assistant Manager ERP

• Qualification: Bachelors or Masters (16 years education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or MIS.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years in ERP implementation, configuration, and support (Finance, HR, Inventory, or Procurement modules), reporting, and data migration.

7. Network Operator

• Qualification: Bachelor’s (16 years) in Computer Science / IT, or DAE in Computer/Electronics with relevant certification (CCNA or equivalent preferred).
