1. Facility Officer

• Qualification: Master or Bachelor degree (16 years of education) in Management, Environmental Sciences, BS Engineering, or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university/institution. Foreign certifications or training in the relevant field will be considered an added asset.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or administrative role within service industries related to facility management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the healthcare sector or hospitals.
• Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be offered grade/scale as per Institutional Pay Scale (IPS) MTI-HMC & Affiliate Institutes.

2. Procurement / Purchase Officer (Supply Chain)

• Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (16 years of education) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution, possessing firsthand knowledge and understanding of KPPRA Act/Rules and government procurement policies.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field within a public, semi-autonomous, autonomous, or private sector organization, KPPE health care institute, or teaching hospital.
• Pay Scale: Offered grade/scale as per IPS MTI-HMC & Affiliate Institutes.

3. Computer Operator

• Qualification: MCS / BCS Degree in Computer Science & Information Technology or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution. ORMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in any other discipline combined with a 1-Year Diploma in Computer (DIT) from a Board of Technical Education or equivalent.
• Key Skills & Experience:
  • Computer typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (wpm) is essential.
  • Experience in a public, semi-autonomous, autonomous, or private sector organization will be an advantage.
  • BS in English degree holders will be preferred.

4. Sub-Engineer (Civil)

• Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil from a recognized Technical Board. (Note: Candidates with a BS or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institute registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) will be preferred). ORBachelor’s Degree with an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized board.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sub-Engineer in a public, semi-autonomous, autonomous, or private sector organization/hospital for DAE holders.
  • No experience is required for candidates holding a BS degree in the relevant subject.

2. Profile Creation & CNIC Verification: Create an candidate profile on ETEA’s portal. Before filling out the application, print the generated E-Sahulat token from the site and verify your CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk/franchise. (Applications cannot proceed without biometric verification).
3. Application Submission: Fill out the online application form carefully for your desired post. Once submitted, an auto-generated prescribed deposit slip (containing your token number, project code, and candidate details) will be produced.

Key Terms, Rules & Selection Conditions

• Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials. Detailed scrutiny of documents will be conducted by the appointing authority prior to interviews.
• Probation: Selected candidates will serve under a probation period specified by the MTI Act 2015.
