Eligibility Criteria & General Terms
- Station Restriction: Candidates are allowed to apply for one station only (either Islamabad or Karachi).
- Academic Criteria:
- $1^{\text{st}}$ Division in degree means CGPA 3.0/4.0 in semester system or minimum 60% marks in annual system.
- Where $1^{\text{st}}$ Division is required in the final degree, only one $2^{\text{nd}}$ Division (not less than 50% marks) in the entire academic career from Matric onwards is acceptable.
- No $3^{\text{rd}}$ Division is allowed anywhere in the academic career.
- Degree Verification: Required degrees must be obtained from HEC / PEC / Board of Technical Education / Govt. recognized institutions. For Foreign / O-Level / A-Level qualifications, equivalence certificates issued by IBCC or HEC showing division/percentage/CGPA must be provided.
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years as of 15 November 2026. Upper age limit relaxation is admissible for Government servants and Ex-Servicemen as per rules.
- NOC Requirement: Candidates serving in Government / Semi-Govt / Autonomous bodies must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of test/interview.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test or interview.
