✅ Requirements by Position Level

1. Consultant

• Recognized postgraduate qualification (e.g., US Board, FRCS, DES France, Facharzt, etc.).
• 3–4 years of post-board/fellowship experience in a tertiary care or teaching hospital.

2. Associate/Assistant Consultant

• Recognized postgraduate qualification.
• 2–3 years (Associate) / 0–1 year (Assistant) of relevant post-board experience.

3. Staff Physician

• Postgraduate qualifications such as Master’s, PhD, FCPS, MCPS, or equivalent.
• Post-qualification experience preferred.
