Lead design, development, and enhancement of Life & Health Insurance systems. Manage full application lifecycle and oversee development using Oracle/Microsoft Database, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX/Microsoft Azure, BI Reports, and third-party integrations.	Qualification: Min. Bachelor’s in CS/SE/IT. Expertise in Oracle DB, Oracle APEX/MS Azure, BI Reports, VBCS. Experience: Min. 8 years in IT/software development & ops, preferably in insurance/finance. Team lead experience required. Age: Up to 50 years as of Jan 25, 2026.
Manager – IT Infrastructure and Information Security	Secure enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, data center/cloud). Design and manage network security architecture (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAC). Oversee cybersecurity operations, IAM systems, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning.	Qualification: Min. Bachelor’s in CS/SE/IT. Certifications like CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, CISM, CEH preferred. Experience: Min. 8 years in IT infrastructure & security, preferably in insurance/finance. Team leadership and project management experience required. Age: Up to 50 years as of Jan 25, 2026.
Manager – Integration and Apps Development	Lead software development and integration across enterprise platforms. Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of critical systems. Manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle/MS Integration Cloud, and middleware. Drive digital transformation and regulatory compliance projects.	Qualification: Bachelor’s in CS/SE/IT. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience: Min. 8 years in life/health insurance or digital banking, with at least 4 years in a managerial role. Age: Up to 45 years as of Jan 25, 2026.
