Eligibility & Terms and Conditions
To ensure a successful application, please note the following requirements:
- Age Limit: Applicants for general positions must be between 18 and 62 years old. However, there is no age limit for Consultant positions.
- Education & Experience: All qualifications and experiences will be calculated based on the closing date.
- Application Fee:
- Rs. 3,000/- (Non-refundable) for Doctor/Consultant posts.
- Rs. 1,000/- (Non-refundable) for all other positions.
- Payment must be made via bank deposit slip at Bank of Punjab (Account No. 678008550400047) or via online account transfer.
- Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel and provide a fresh NOC from their current department.
