Detailed Eligibility & Experience Criteria

1. Director Level Positions (S.No 1 to 4)

• Education: MS/M.Phil. (18 years of education) in relevant fields (HR, Public Admin, Social Sciences, Economics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.) from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of overall relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management/executive role.
• Certifications: Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, PMP, CISSP, ITIL, or relevant M&E certifications) will be highly preferred.

2. Deputy Director Digital Governance (S.No 5)

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, or Cyber Security.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience in IT systems/digital governance, with at least 3 years in a responsible position directly related to digital governance.

3. District Program Officers (S.No 6)

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Education, Development Studies, Management/Social Sciences, or Public Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall experience in program implementation or field coordination (preferably 3 years in education sector projects).

4. M&E Assistants – Male & Female (S.No 7 & 8)

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, Data Sciences, or Computer Science.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring, data collection, or MIS operations.

5. Accountants & Office Assistants (S.No 9 & 10)

• Accountants: 16 years of education in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or MBA Finance/BBA. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
• Office Assistants: 14/16 years of education in any discipline with a Certification in MS Office/Computer Applications. Minimum 2 years of experience in office management and documentation.

Key Terms & Conditions

• ETEA Screening Test: Initial screening will be conducted via an ETEAT test based on the credentials you provide.
• CNIC Verification: All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website and get their CNIC verified via a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before paying the test fee.
• Government Employees: Candidates already working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.
• Age Relaxation: Relaxation in the upper age limit will be admissible as per existing KPK Government Rules.

1. Register Online: Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk to fill out the online application form.
2. Generate Deposit Slip: After submitting your online form, download and print the system-generated bank deposit slip (which includes a token number and your personal information).
3. Pay the Fee: Deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) via the Easypaisa App/Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
4. Keep the Receipt: Keep the original deposit slip with the bank stamp safely with you. Do not send documents/slips to the ETEA office at this stage.
5. Roll Number Slips: ETEA will notify candidates via SMS to download and print their Roll Number slips from the website before the exam.
