2. Draftsman (BPS-12)

Important Terms & Conditions

• Provisional Eligibility: Candidates will be allowed to sit for the ETEA screening test provisionally. Detailed, strict scrutiny of documents will be conducted by the appointing authority during the interview process. Anyone found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified immediately.
• NADRA Verification Required: All applicants must verify their CNIC via a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk and get the verification token. Without this step, your ETEA profile cannot be used to apply for any post.
• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be admissible as per the existing policy and rules of the Government of KPK.
• Government Employees: Candidates currently serving in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC at the time of scrutiny.
• Multiple Applications: If you intend to apply for more than one post, you must submit a separate online application and pay a separate test fee for each position.
• No Physical Documents Now: Do not send hard copies of your degrees, certificates, or testimonials to the ETEA office. These will only be required from shortlisted candidates later on.
