Vacant Positions List

PIC-MTI is hiring for a diverse range of roles spanning administration, IT, finance, and clinical support. Here are the positions open for application:

I. Administrative & Non-Clinical Positions

1. Senior Finance Officer

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years
• Qualification: MBA-Finance / BBA (Hons)-Finance / M.Com (16 years of education) or equivalent Degree in Finance/Accounting from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a reputed organization.

2. Data Scientist & Analyst

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• Qualification: M.Sc. / BS (Hons) degree in Statistics / Biostatistics / Data Science (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience of Data Processing/Analysis and conducting statistical analysis for large data sets, preferably healthcare data in a reputed hospital. The incumbent must also have experience in using SPSS, STATA or similar software.

3. OPD Officer

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• Qualification: MBBS / MHA / MPH / MPA / MBA or its equivalent (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience of hospital administration / OPD / Ambulatory Services in a reputed hospital.

4. Audit Officer

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• Qualification: CAF (ICAP Qualified) / ICMAP (Stage-4 Level Qualified) / ACCA Affiliate / MBA (Finance) / M.Com (Finance) or equivalent (16 years of education) from HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification audit & account experience in a reputable organization. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the internal audit department or reputable audit firms (registered with ICAP).

5. CRP Officer

• Gender: Male
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• Qualification: Master or equivalent degree (16 years of Education) from HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience preferably in a reputable hospital.
• Preference: Will be given to candidates having experience in Hospital Warehousing, Stores, and Inventory Management.

6. Computer Operator

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Qualification: BCS / BIT / BSE Software Engineering / BS Data Sciences / BS Artificial Intelligence (16 years of Education) or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience with a reputable public or private sector organization(s).
• Preference: Will be given to candidates having good knowledge of operating systems, software installation, hardware, and networks. Preference will also be given to candidates with a healthcare background.

7. Office Assistant

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Qualification: Master in Management Sciences / Social Sciences / Computer Science / Information Technology / English (16 years of Education) from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a clerical capacity in a reputable public or private sector organization(s).
  • Candidate must be computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Candidate must have a typing speed of minimum 35 Words per Minute.
  • Candidate must have good interpersonal communication skills.

8. Assistant Purchase Officer

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Qualification: Master or equivalent degree (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience of Procurement in a reputed public or private organization.

9. Inventory Assistant

• Gender: Male
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• Qualification: Master or equivalent degree (16 years of Education) from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification relevant warehousing, stores, and inventory management experience preferably in a reputed organization.
• Preference: Will be given to candidates having experience in Hospital Warehousing, Stores, and Inventory Management.

10. Finance Assistant

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Qualification: MBA-Finance / BBA (Hons)-Finance / M.Com (16 years of education) or equivalent Degree in Finance / Accounting from HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 1 year of post-qualification relevant experience in a reputed organization.

11. Research Analyst

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Qualification: Master’s Degree in Public Health / Statistics / Biological Sciences / Life Sciences (16 years of Education) from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in conducting clinical research and managing databases.

12. Medical Transcriptionist

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• Qualification: Bachelors (14 years of qualification) with Diploma in IT from HEC recognized University/Institute and Technical Board of KP.
• Experience:
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience as a transcriptionist in a reputed hospital.
  • Candidate must be computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office along with a typing speed of minimum 35 Words per Minute.
  • Candidate must have good interpersonal communication skills.

13. Finance Cashier

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• Qualification: B.Com or Equivalent relevant qualification (14 years of education) from HEC recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field in a public or private sector organization.
• Preference: Will be given to candidates having cash management experience in a reputed hospital.

14. CSSD Technician

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• Qualification: F.Sc / F.Sc from a recognized board OR Diploma in Surgical Technology from a recognized Institute.
• Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience in CSSD in a tertiary care hospital.
• Preference: Preference may be given to candidates having hands-on experience in autoclave operation and sterilization processes.

15. Boiler Technician

• Gender: Male
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Qualification & Experience: SSC / Matriculation from a recognized board with C-Class Boiler Certificate. At least 6 years of pre & post-qualification relevant experience is required. OR DAE Mechanical from a recognized board with C-Class Boiler Certificate. At least 3 years of pre & post-qualification relevant experience is required.

II. Clinical Positions

16. Physiotherapist

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Qualification: DPT or equivalent from an HEC Recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification clinically relevant experience in a tertiary care hospital.

17. Clinical Technician – OT

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• Qualification: Diploma in OT / Surgical Technology or its equivalent from KP Medical Faculty.
• Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in OT/Surgery from a tertiary care hospital.
• Preference: Candidates with Cardio-Thoracic Surgery experience will be preferred.
