Current Vacancies & Detailed Job Descriptions

1. Cashier

• Primary Role: Oversee front-desk financial transactions, ensure accurate cash collection, and maintain everyday balance logs.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily cash transactions and issue official receipts to customers.
  • Maintain precise cash records and execute daily reconciliations.
  • Ensure secure and accurate handling of payments, cash deposits, and petty cash.
• Requirements & Preferences:
  • Prior experience as a cashier or finance assistant.
  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership setting is considered a major advantage.

2. Accountant

• Primary Role: Manage day-to-day dealership financial workflows, tax filings, and ledger integrity.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-cycle day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Maintain general ledgers, prepare financial vouchers, and audit financial documentation.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and generate financial statements.
  • Execute FBR-related tax work and ensure overall tax regulatory compliance.
• Requirements:
  • Strong working knowledge of standard accounting software and high proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Solid understanding of FBR rules and corporate taxation in Pakistan.

3. Assistant Accountant

• Primary Role: Provide technical and administrative support to the main accounting division.
