Phase 1: ETEA Screening Test Application

Before the university reviews your documents, you must pass the ETEA screening test. Follow these steps meticulously:

1. CNIC Verification (Crucial First Step):
   • Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and create a profile.
   • Print the E-Sahulat token from the site.
   • Visit any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) to get your CNIC verified. Warning: You cannot proceed without this step.
2. Online Submission:
   • After verification, log back into your ETEA profile and submit your online application for the AWKUM Lecturer post.
3. Fee Deposit:
   • Upon successful submission, a deposit slip will be generated.
   • Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa App, Easypaisa Agent, or any UBL Bank branch.
   • Keep the original bank-stamped deposit slip safe. Do not share it with anyone.
4. Roll Number Slip:
   • Do not wait for a call letter by post. ETEA will inform you via SMS to download your Roll No. Slip directly from their website.

Phase 2: University Application (Only for ETEA Qualifiers)

Passing the test is not the end. Only candidates whose details are received from ETEA shall proceed to Phase 2.

1. Online Portal: Apply again through the official AWKUM job portal at www.etea.edu.pk
2. Timeline: You must submit this application within 15 days of the ETEA result announcement.
3. Processing Fee: Deposit Rs. 1,000/- in the university account:
