1. Manager Business Development
- Education & Qualification: MBA (Marketing), or equivalent qualification.
- Experience Required: 5–7 years of relevant experience in healthcare business development, marketing, or corporate relations.
2. Manager Nursing
- Education & Qualification: MSN / BSN / Post RN or equivalent qualification.
- Licensing Requirements: Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) license.
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant hospital managerial or supervisory experience.
3. Assistant Manager Recruitment – Human Resource
- Education & Qualification: MBA / BBA (HRM), or equivalent qualification.
- Experience Required: 4–6 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Preferences: Experience working in a teaching hospital or medical educational institution is preferred.
4. Medical Officer (Pediatric Cardiac Surgery)
- Education & Qualification: MBBS degree with ongoing or completed FCPS training in Surgery, Paediatrics, or a relevant specialty.
- Licensing Requirements: Valid PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council) registration.
- Experience & Assets: Experience in Cardiac Surgery, Paediatric Surgery, ICU, or related fields is an advantage.
5. Infection Control Nurse
- Education & Qualification: BSN / Post RN or equivalent qualification.
- Licensing Requirements: Valid PNC license.
- Experience & Certifications: Relevant hospital experience is required; a formal Infection Control certification is preferred.
6. Coordinator / Male Nurse (Kidney Transplant)
- Education & Qualification: Diploma in General Nursing or BS Nursing.
- Licensing Requirements: Valid PNC registration.
- Experience Required: Specialized experience in nephrology, dialysis, transplant care, or critical care.
7. Staff Nurse (Kidney Transplant Care – Operation Theatre)
- Education & Qualification: Diploma in General Nursing or BS Nursing.
- Licensing Requirements: Valid PNC registration.
- Experience Required: 1–2 years of Operation Theatre (OT) experience, preferably in transplant surgery or related specialties.
8. Staff Nurse (Post care for Kidney Transplant)
- Education & Qualification: Diploma in General Nursing or BS Nursing.
- Licensing Requirements: Valid PNC registration.
- Experience Required: 1–2 years of clinical experience, specifically preferred in Nephrology, Transplant, ICU, or related care units.
9. Staff Nurse (Female Only)
- Education & Qualification: Diploma in General Nursing or BS Nursing.
- Licensing Requirements: Valid PNC registration.
- Experience Required: 1–2 years of general hospital clinical experience.
- Gender Restriction: This specific post is open to female candidates only.
10. Security Guard
- Education & Qualification: Minimum Matric qualification.
- Age Limit: 45–50 years old.
- Physical & Schedule Requirements: Must be physically fit and flexible to work rotating shifts.

1. Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon

3. Senior Nursing Instructor
- Education & Qualification: BSN 4-Year, MSN, or MPH.

4. Nursing Instructor
- Education & Qualification: * If applying via Post RN: Requires 2 years of post-degree experience.
- If applying via BSN: Requires 3 years of post-internship experience.

- Preferences: Prior teaching experience is preferable.
5. Hostel Warden (Female)
- Education & Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience specifically in hostel administration.
- Special Conditions: On-site residency will be provided within the facility; the candidate is strictly required to stay on-site 24/7.
