The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through the Project Coordination & Monitoring Unit (PCMU) under the Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD), has announced exciting career opportunities for qualified, motivated, and result-oriented candidates holding a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including merged districts).

These positions are for a development project titled Peshawar Revitalization Plan (PRP) and offer attractive fixed monthly salaries ranging from PKR 75,000 to PKR 200,000. The appointments will be made purely on a contract basis for a period of six (06) months or until the completion/winding up of the project.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualification Requirements

1. Project Specialist

• Qualification: Master’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Urban/Regional Planning from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years’ relevant professional experience in project management, supervision, or implementation of public-sector development/infrastructure projects. Experience in multi-sectoral and multi-agency coordination is required.

2. Development Specialist

• Qualification: Master’s Degree in Development Studies, Economics, Urban/Regional Planning, Engineering, or Project Management.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years’ relevant professional experience in development planning, project formulation, appraisal, implementation, and monitoring.

3. Dashboard Developer

• Qualification: Master’s Degree or 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (16 years education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, data warehousing, and system integration. Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau is mandatory.

4. Data Analyst

• Qualification: Master’s Degree or 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (16 years education) in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Management Sciences, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, and management information systems.

5. Field Engineer (Civil)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Sc) in Civil Engineering from an PEC-accredited institution. Valid PEC Registration is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ relevant professional experience in field supervision, execution, or monitoring of civil works (infrastructure/development projects).

6. Field Engineer (Electrical)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Sc) in Electrical Engineering from an PEC-accredited institution. Valid PEC Registration is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in electrical works field supervision, inspection, or monitoring.

7. Field Engineer (Environmental Sciences)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) or Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Environmental Management.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ relevant professional experience in environmental monitoring, safeguards, or environmental management.

8. Architect

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an HEC-recognized institution. Valid registration with PCATP is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in architectural design, design review, site supervision, or project monitoring.

9. Social Media Manager

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content strategy.

10. Content Creator

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Creative Writing, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in content development, digital communications, media production, or public relations. Must be bilingual (English and Urdu).

11. Video / Graphics Developer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Media Sciences, Media Production, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or Film/Video Production.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in video production, graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and digital content development.
