Physical Standards & Endurance Tests

Applicants applying for Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Constable, and Constable Driver must meet mandatory physical criteria before appearing in written/CBT tests:

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years for all posts (Includes standard 5-year general age relaxation as per Civil Posts Rules 1993).
• Height (Male): 5 feet 8 inches
• Height (Female): 5 feet 4 inches
• Chest (Male Only): 33 x 34½ inches
• Running Test: 1.6 km (1 Mile) in 7 minutes for males; 10 minutes for females.

How to Apply Online at npftas.pk

1. Visit the NPF Testing and Assessment Service portal: www.npftas.pk.
2. Register an account, complete your profile, and select your desired post.
3. Pay an application processing fee of Rs. 2000/- per post via 1Link/1Bill services (ATM, Internet Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UPaisa) using the 22-digit PSID code generated online.
4. Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate applications and fees for each post.
5. Do not send hard copies, documents, or photos by post; all applications are processed strictly online up to the interview stage.

Important Rules & Guidelines

• No Age/Physical Relaxation: No relaxation will be allowed for the lower age limit, physical chest/height standards, or endurance running tests.
• Government Employees: Applicants currently employed in government sectors must apply through proper channels and submit an NOC at the interview stage.
• Selection Process: Only physical test qualifiers proceed to the Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by skill tests (for Stenotypists/Clerks) and formal interviews.
