1. Professors (Basic & Clinical Sciences)
- Basic Sciences Departments: Pharmacology, Anatomy, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, Chemical Pathology, Histopathology, and Microbiology.
- Clinical Sciences Departments: Gynae/Obs and Anaesthesia.
- Criteria: Candidates must fulfill the Faculty Selection Criteria and regulations for MTIs as approved by the Policy Board (Appendix 10).
2. Associate Professors (Basic & Clinical Sciences)
- Basic Sciences Departments: Community Medicine, Chemical Pathology, Histopathology, Haematology, Bio-Chemistry, Forensic Medicine, and Pharmacology.
- Clinical Sciences Departments: General Medicine, Gynae/Obs, ENT, Anaesthesia, Radiology, Orthopedic, and Paeds Surgery.
- Criteria: Eligibility relies on the official MTI regulations framework for Associate Professors.
3. Assistant Professors (Basic & Clinical Sciences)
- Basic Sciences Departments: Anatomy, Bio-Chemistry, Forensic Medicine, Chemical Pathology, Microbiology, and Physiology.
- Clinical Sciences Departments: Anaesthesia, ENT, EYE, General Surgery, General Medicine, Gynae/Obs, Nephrology, Urology, Neurology, Accident & Emergency, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, and Oncology.

- Criteria & Qualification:
- Candidates must hold an MBBS degree from a PMDC-recognized university or institution.
- Must have successfully completed one year of house job from a recognized teaching hospital.
- Must possess a valid PMDC license.
Terms & Conditions
- NOC Requirement: Candidates already working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and attach a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.
- Original Documents: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview, at which point they must produce their original academic and professional documents.
- MTI Act Governance: Selected candidates will be governed strictly under the MTI Act 2015 (amended from time to time).
