🎓 Position Requirements & Eligibility Criteria
1. Teaching Positions (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Maths)
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject (preferably international on-campus).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in IGCSE/A-Level (CAIE) with a proven track record (GPA 3.5+).
- Skills: Excellent English communication skills (IELTS 7+ or equivalent). Knowledge of Arabic or a willingness to learn it within 4 months is preferred.
- Age Limit: 30 to 45 years preferred.
2. Head of DACE (Academic, Curriculum, Examination)
- Education: Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum, or Examinations from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 5+ years in curriculum coordination within a Cambridge or IB setting, alongside deep knowledge of CAIE across all levels.
- Skills: Strong skills in exam design, assessment, and data analysis. Arabic language skills preferred.
- Age Limit: 35 to 50 years preferred.
3. Accountant
- Education: MBA or BBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with an ACCA qualification are highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a school, NGO, or the education sector.
- Skills: Fluent in English. Intermediate Arabic proficiency is required for vendor and staff communication. Must have strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables), and experience with QuickBooks, Tally, or Peachtree.
- Age Limit: 30 to 45 years.
