Prospective Districts for Coaching Roles
The PCB is looking to fill positions across a wide range of districts to ensure talent identification and development nationwide.
1. Domestic Cricket (Men’s)
Coaches are required in districts, including, but not limited to:
- Balochistan: Turbat, Khuzdar, Chaghi, Gwadar, Loralai.
- Sindh: Sanghar, Thatta, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur.
- Punjab: Lahore, Jhang, Mianwali, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Sheikhupura, D.G. Khan.
- KPK & Others: Kotli, Mansehra, Haripur, Bajour Agency, Tank, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, North Waziristan.
2. Women’s Cricket
Key centers for women’s cricket coaching include:
- Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, Quetta, and others.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
To qualify for these coaching roles, candidates must meet the following standards:
- Accreditation: Minimum PCB Level I Coaching Accreditation or an equivalent international certification.
- Professional Background: Preference will be given to Former Test, International, or First-Class players.
- Experience: At least 03 years of coaching experience at appropriate levels (District, Club, or Regional).
- Skills: * Strong knowledge of talent identification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Projects).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Core Responsibilities
Selected coaches will be responsible for:
- Game Planning: Developing strategies for pre and post-tournament preparation.
- Performance Enhancement: Facilitating team excellence and individual skill augmentation.
- Surveys & Evaluation: Conducting effectiveness surveys for cricket programs.
- Fitness Tracking: Monitoring players’ physical needs and tracking fitness progress.
