Applications are invited from eligible candidates for administrative and teaching faculty positions on a regular and contract basis under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Contributory Provident Fund Rules-2022.

Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

Below is the complete post-wise breakdown including scale, age limit, required qualification, and experience:

1. Treasurer (BPS-20) – Regular Basis

• No. of Posts: 01
• Upper Age Limit: 48 Years
• Qualification: First-division B.S / Master’s (16-year education) or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or Chartered Accountant (CA) from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
• Experience Requirement:
  • 17 years’ experience for candidates with 16 years of education.
  • 15 years’ experience for candidates with 18 years of education.
  • 13 years’ experience for Ph.D. degree holders in accounts, finance, audit, or financial management in a University, Government Department, or Autonomous Statutory Organization (Pay Scale 17 or equivalent and above).

2. Associate Professor (BPS-20) – Regular Basis

• No. of Posts: 04 (Computer Science: 01, Mechanical Engineering: 01, Civil Engineering: 01, Mathematics: 01)
• Upper Age Limit: 50 Years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Ph.D. degree in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
  • 10 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized Institution/College/University OR 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field in a National/International organization (with at least 2 years of teaching experience). OR
  • 05 years post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university or post-graduate institution/professional experience.
• Publications: Must have at least 10 research publications, with at least 4 publications in the last 5 years published in HEC/PEC recognized journals.
• Mandatory Registration: PEC Registration card is mandatory for applicants in Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering.

3. Assistant Professor (BPS-19) – Regular Basis

• No. of Posts: 03 (Computer Software Engineering: 01, Computer Science: 01, Center of Artificial Intelligence: 01)
• Upper Age Limit: 45 Years
• Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
• Mandatory Registration: PEC Registration card in COMP is mandatory for applicants in Computer Software Engineering.

4. Assistant Professor (BPS-19) – 3-Year Contract Basis

• No. of Posts: 02 (Center of Artificial Intelligence: 02)
• Upper Age Limit: 45 Years
• Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
• Tenure Details: Initial appointment will be made for six (06) months, extendable up to a maximum of three (03) years or until the arrival of an employee regularly appointed on the same sanctioned post, whichever is earlier.

Terms & Conditions

• Government In-Service Applicants: Candidates working in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must submit their applications through proper channels along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Foreign Degrees: Qualifications obtained from foreign universities must be supported by an Equivalence Certificate issued by HEC or IBCC before the closing date.
• Foreign Language Credentials: Degrees, diplomas, or transcripts in languages other than English must include an officially verified English translation.
• Percentage Certificates: Candidates must attach an official percentage certificate issued by the Controller of Examinations if the degree transcript does not explicitly display percentage marks.
• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be granted in accordance with government policy rules on a case-to-case basis.
• Test/Interview Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the demonstration or interview.
