1. Head Corporate & Service Law Matter Department (VP-I / VP)

• No. of Positions: 01
• Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Qualification: Minimum LLB degree from an HEC-recognized Institute/University (National or International).
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Identification and assessment of legal risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring preparation and execution of all legal documentation per bank requirements.
  • Analyzing superior court decisions related to ZTBL and recommending policy modifications.
  • Overseeing service law matters, employment contracts, NIRC issues, and grievance handling.
  • Managing Legal Litigation Units (LLUs) and representing the bank in statutory, corporate, and service law matters nationwide.

2. Unit Head Settlement (AVP-I / AVP)

• No. of Positions: 01 (Location: Islamabad / Lahore)
• Experience Required: Minimum 08 years of relevant experience. Preference given to candidates with Law Enforcement Agency experience.
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized Institute/University.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring timely handling of litigation, particularly criminal cases involving FIA, NAB, etc.
  • Supervising recovery and settlement matters while liaising with local administration and law enforcement agencies.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards related to infected portfolios.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance performance, automation, and operational efficiency.

3. Head NPL Monitoring (VP-I / VP)

• No. of Positions: 01
• Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of experience in Bank/Financial Institutions.
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized Institute/University.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring overdue accounts and initiating timely recovery actions per SBP/bank guidelines.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize recovery of Overdue Infected Portfolios.
  • Supervising field teams and ensuring structured follow-up on defaulted accounts.
  • Coordinating with legal teams for recovery through courts or alternate legal channels.
  • Capacity building and training branch staff on recovery procedures and system usage.

4. Money Market Settlement Officer (OG-II / OG-I)

• No. of Positions: 02 (Location: Karachi)
• Experience Required: Minimum 03 years of experience in settlement.
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized Institute/University.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Settlement and accounting of Treasury Money Market deals.
  • Handling RTGS and Raast system activities under the four-eye principle.
  • Managing blotters and reconciling with the Treasury Front Office.
  • Reconciling bank accounts, managing vouchers, advices, deals, and cheques from SBP and other banks.
  • Responsible for DAP, MMCRS, regulatory/statutory reporting, and NIFT clearing coordination.
