1. Hospital Director
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Recognized Master’s Degree in:
- Hospital Management
- Health Services Management
- Business Management
- Public Health
- Public Administration
- Or any other relevant management discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior management position in:
- A major teaching hospital, or
- A recognized organization or institution
- Candidates holding a medical degree will also be considered provided they possess an additional management degree and the required experience
- Selected candidate shall not be allowed private practice
2. Nursing Director
Required Qualification & Experience:
- BSN (BSc Nursing) – mandatory
- MSc Nursing preferred
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- MPH or equivalent Management Degree will be an advantage
- At least 7 years of relevant administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility
