1. Hospital Director

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Recognized Master’s Degree in:
  • Hospital Management
  • Health Services Management
  • Business Management
  • Public Health
  • Public Administration
  • Or any other relevant management discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior management position in:
  • A major teaching hospital, or
  • A recognized organization or institution
• Candidates holding a medical degree will also be considered provided they possess an additional management degree and the required experience
• Selected candidate shall not be allowed private practice

2. Nursing Director

Required Qualification & Experience:

• BSN (BSc Nursing) – mandatory
• MSc Nursing preferred
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
• MPH or equivalent Management Degree will be an advantage
• At least 7 years of relevant administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility
