Terms & Key Eligibility Rules

1. Provisional Screening Test: Appearance in the ETEA screening test will be granted on a purely provisional basis according to the data provided by the candidate. Complete document verification will be conducted by the appointing authority prior to final appointment.
2. Profile Setup on ETEA: Applicants must log into the ETEA website, create or update their profile, apply for the job, print the fee slip, and deposit the test fee at participating banks/mobile wallets.
3. Age Calculation: The upper and lower age limit will be calculated as of January 1, 2026. General age relaxation will be granted as per government rules.
4. NOC for In-Service Candidates: Government or semi-government employees must apply through proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
5. Interview Requirement: Candidates qualifying the initial screening test will bring all original academic certificates, CNIC, and domicile to the official interview. Foreign degree holders must submit an HEC equivalency certificate.
6. No Postal Call Letters: Candidates will receive updates regarding test dates, test centers, and roll number slips via SMS. No physical admit card will be sent via post.
7. Allowances: No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in tests or interviews.

4. Generate and print the project-specific E-Deposit Slip containing a unique Token Number.
5. Pay the non-refundable ETEA fee at any UBL Bank branch, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
6. Keep the original bank/paid deposit slip safe; you do not need to send hard copies of any document to the ETEA office.
