Eligibility Criteria & Skill Requirements
- Qualification: 2nd Class or Grade “C” Intermediate.
- Technical Skills:
- Shorthand speed: 80 w.p.m.
- Typing speed: 40 w.p.m.
- Certificate: Minimum 3 months computer operations course (MS Office).
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years (including 05 years general age relaxation).
Note on One-Time Relaxation: As per Establishment Division Office Memorandum, a one-time exemption regarding skill certificate possession at entry level is applicable. Selected candidates will acquire required proficiency through departmental on-the-job training during their probation period.
Age Relaxation Guidelines
- Balochistan Candidates: 05 years standard relaxation.
- Government Servants: Up to 10 years (with 2 years continuous service).
- Disabled Persons (PWDs): Up to 10 years.
- Armed Forces Personnel: Up to 15 years or actual service length.
- Widow / Child of Deceased Govt Servant: 05 years.
