Eligibility Criteria
WAPDA is seeking highly qualified professionals who meet the following standards:
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree (or 16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university in:
- Software Engineering
- Information Technology / Computer Sciences
- Electrical / Electronics / Telecom Engineering
2. Professional Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field (Safe City & IT).
- Proven expertise in Policy Formulation, Policy Analysis, and Project Management using modern technology.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, Command & Control Centers, and Integrated IT infrastructure.
Mandate & Charter of Duties
The selected Consultant will be responsible for:
- Providing technical advice and supervision for High-Level Design (HLD).
- Preparing technical documents including KPIs, TORs, and BOQs.
- Ensuring smooth integration of different IT components and systems.
- Liaising with stakeholders during equipment deployment and installation phases.
Salary and Benefits
