Established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, WSSCCD is hiring candidates on a contractual basis.

Detailed Vacancy Breakdown & Eligibility Criteria

1. Manager Operations

• No. of Posts: 01
• Cadre: M5
• Age Limit: 35–45 Years
• Required Qualification: Masters or B.E. in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering, or Masters in Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognized university/institute (Minimum 16 years of education).
• Required Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience, with at least 3 years of experience in similar or senior operational management positions, and 3 years in the WATSAN (Water & Sanitation) sector. Candidates must be well-versed with government rules, regulations, policies, corporate practices (including public sector corporate governance), and funding/donors’ agency requirements.

2. Manager Finance

• Age Limit: 35–45 Years
• Required Qualification: CA, ICMA, CPA, ACCA, CIA, MBA (Finance), BBA Hons (Finance) qualified from a recognized professional body of accounting institutes of Pakistan, or equivalent qualification from foreign institutes, OR Master’s Degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university/institute (Minimum 16 years of education).
• Required Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience in international, national, public, or private organizations.

3. Manager Projects, Planning & Works

• Cadre: M5
• Age Limit: 35–45 Years
• Required Qualification: B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university/institute registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (Minimum 16 years of education).
• Required Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience in projects of international, national, public, or private organizations.

4. Assistant Manager Procurement

• No. of Posts: 01
• Cadre: M7
• Age Limit: 27–40 Years
• Required Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Supply Chain Procurement & Logistics, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or another relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university (Minimum 16 years of education).
• Required Experience: Minimum 03 years of post-qualification relevant experience in procurement, contract management, supply chain management, or logistics in public or private sector organizations. Experience in KPPRA/PPRA Rules will be preferred.

5. Assistant Manager Solid Waste Management (SWM)

• Age Limit: 27–40 Years
• Required Qualification: Masters/B.E in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering or MSc Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognized university/institute (Minimum 16 years of education).
• Required Experience: Minimum 03 years of post-qualification relevant experience in international, national, public, or private organizations. Experience in similar projects / solid waste management will be given preference.

6. Assistant Manager Waste Water

• Age Limit: 27–40 Years
• Required Qualification: B.Sc. Civil Engineering (4 years degree) or MSc in Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
• Required Experience: Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in engineering, planning, execution, and O&M (Operation & Maintenance) of Water Supply & Sanitation projects in public or private organizations.

7. IT Officer

• No. of Posts: 01
• Cadre: M8
• Age Limit: 27–35 Years
• Required Qualification: BCS, BIT, or MCS from an HEC-recognized university/institute (16 years of education). MCSE or CCNA certification will be an added advantage.
• Required Experience: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification relevant experience in international, national, public, or private organizations.

Qualification Evaluation Criteria (100 Marks Total)

The selection procedure evaluates candidates based on the following distribution:

1. Education (50 Marks Max):
   • Minimum required qualification (16 years): 40 marks
   • One step higher qualification (16+ years): 05 marks
   • Two steps higher qualification (18+ years): 05 marks
2. Experience: 20 Marks
3. Interview / Presentation: 30 Marks
